Alice received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mary Washington College. Alice is a Florida licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy Interns. Alice has more than 30 years of professional experience working in the behavioral health and addictions field serving in positions of executive leadership, senior management, program development, quality improvement, clinical supervision, and direct practice. Alice has extensive experience in the provision of evidence-based treatments including but not limited to Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Twelve-Step Facilitation Therapy. Alice is also trained in the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), which is a well-researched quality improvement strategy that improves clinical outcomes and is designated by the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as an evidence-based practice. Alice has dedicated her career to operating quality treatment programs that yield positive clinical outcomes and helping individuals and families to live happier, more fulfilling, and healthier lives.
